Playing lucktastic

Lucktastic is a free and fun way to win real cash and prizes and earn rewards.
For most updates, you will receive a notification from either the Google Play Store or the App Store. On occasion, you will receive a notification to update from within the app.
We encourage sharing. If you love the app, and want to share it with your friends, you can earn additional in-game tokens!
  • Tap the four leaf clover icon in the top left corner of your Lucktastic app
  • Select “Friends” and share via Facebook, Twitter, email, or SMS.
  • Once your friend uses your referral to download and play the app, your account will be credited with 1,000 tokens. Share away!
Unfortunately, our games are only available on smart devices and tablets.
For the instant win scratch cards, the odds of winning depend upon the number of people playing the cards. For contests, the odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. All entries have the same chance of winning and the winner will not be announced until they have confirmed their information.

Lucktastic VIP is how we reward our most loyal players. As a thank you for dedication we give VIPs daily freebies like extra opportunities to win.

The first VIP tier is “Insider” which you get just for registering your account. In exchange you get access to enter contests and receive the secret email bonus codes. You’ll also get your first daily freebie: and VIP Insider scratch card.

After that there’s Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. Each one gives you more access perks and freebies. To make progress through the tiers, play scratch cards and gather crowns. Once you have enough, head over to the VIP screen and unlock the next tier. Crowns can be collected from the Prize Wheel and from installing our partner apps.Your participation allows us to continue to offer all of our prizes and rewards for free!

Crowns are used to unlock and maintain your VIP status. On the VIP screen you can see how many crowns you have and how many you need. When you have enough crowns for the next tier, you can trade them in to upgrade.

Each month you will also need to collect a minimum amount of crowns to keep your VIP tier for another month. You can see how many you need and how many you collect from the VIP screen. These crowns are not spent, simply counted. If you don’t obtain enough crowns, you may be demoted to a lower VIP tier.

Crowns can be obtained by installing apps from our partners or from the Prize Wheel.

My Account Information

You do not need to have a Facebook or Twitter account in order to register with Lucktastic. You can register with us at any time by providing your name, email address, and creating a password.
To find out if you are registered:
  • Tap the four leaf clover icon in the top left corner of your Lucktastic app.
  • If the first menu item says Register, this means you are NOT registered.
  • If you would like to register, hit the Register button and follow the steps. We recommend that you register in order to avoid losing your tokens or contest entries.

  • Go to Settings, and click on “Edit Account”
In order to change your password, make sure you've updated to the latest version of the app, then follow these steps to reset your password:
  • Tap the four leaf clover icon in the top left corner of your Lucktastic app
  • Settings
  • Click change password
  • Enter your phone number
  • You will receive a text message with a 6 digit code
  • In the app you will be prompted to enter the 6 digit code and a new password
  • Your password has been updated
  • On the login screen, tap Forgot Password
  • Enter your Lucktastic registered email (or the email linked to your Facebook account)
  • You will receive an email from with a reset password link and a 5 digit code
  • Click on the link and enter the 5 digit code to receive a temporary password
  • Return to the Lucktastic App and enter your temporary password
You will then be prompted to reset your password (for reset password instructions SEE: link)
Lucktastic collects your personal information in order for you to claim cash, contest prizes, and redeem instant rewards.
Your privacy is important to us and we never disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. We do disclose your personal information in the following circumstances, should you win:
  • We may publish your first name, last initial, location, picture, and a description of the prize won in advertisements and promotional materials.
  • We may disclose personal information about you to third parties in connection with State and Federal tax reporting obligations.
Nope. We do not rent or sell ANY of it. All information is kept in a secure database for your protection.
Yes. Currently, Lucktastic is only offered to US residents.
You must be at least 13 years or older to play Lucktastic.
Our sweepstakes and instant win scratch cards are based on the laws of the United States, so only players in the U.S. are eligible to play and win.
There is no charge to establish your account. If your account is inactive for more than 90 consecutive days, we reserve the right to debit your account balance $1.00 per month to recover the cost of account maintenance until you reactivate your account by accessing it. If the balance in your inactive account is or becomes zero, we may close your account permanently and cease to maintain your account records. Additionally, if your account is inactive for more than 30 consecutive days, we will debit your account the full token balance. Upon written request, we will reinstate your account balance to the same levels as when your account went dormant.

Scratch Cards

Your scratch cards reset everyday at 5 am EST/2 am PST. We also offer an additional bonus card every day between 1 and 5 pm EST depending on the day. At 9 pm EST we offer additional nightfall cards. Make sure to turn on your push notifications to find out when these extra cards become available.
Everyday our game requires an automatic system update that reloads the cards. This update takes place between 4 am-5 am EST/1 am-2am PST, everyday. New scratch cards will become available at 5 am EST/2 am PST.
Your scratch cards are limited each day and the timer shows how long you have left before your daily opportunities expire, so check back daily for more chances to win big!


You can use your accumulated tokens to redeem Instant Rewards or for entries into any of our contests.
  • (iOS) Your token balance is available in the upper right corner of the app.
  • (Android) Your token balance is available in the My Wallet section of the app.
Tokens are not real money and do not have any monetary value. Tokens can be used to redeem Instant Rewards and enter Contests.
To retrieve your missing tokens, sign into your Lucktastic account with the same email address and password you previously used. If you registered using Facebook, login via your Facebook account.

Cash Prizes

To win any scratch card, you must match 3 of the winning symbols displayed on that card.
  • If you win a cash prize with Lucktastic, you will receive a notification within the app congratulating you.
  • Your winnings will be reflected in your account balance in the App
  • All cash winners will also receive a confirmation email regarding their winnings.
To unlock your $5,000.00 card, you must play at least one scratch card a day for four consecutive days. On the fourth day of consecutive play, the $5,000.00 card will become available to you forever.
Absolutely! All our cash prizes, gift cards, and prize drawings are real. Since launch we’ve had over 220,000 winners! We’re constantly featuring winners on our site, social media page, and our in-app banner which is constantly updated with the most recent winners.
If you do not receive your winnings or rewards, and it has been longer than 2- 4 weeks, please contact us from the Feedback section of the app or email our support team:
You do not receive a cash prize for liking Lucktastic on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube. Instead you receive a $25 scratch card that you can play. To unlock your $25 scratch cards, you must click on one of the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube cards in the app which takes you directly to our social media pages. Once you’ve liked our pages, head back to the app (without closing it completely) and the $25 scratch card will unlock for play.

Instant Rewards

Redeeming Instant Rewards is now easier than ever! When you’ve accumulated enough tokens head over to the Instant Rewards section.
  • Tap the four leaf clover icon in the top left corner of your Lucktastic app
  • Select Instant Rewards
  • Choose the Instant Reward you wish to claim
  • You will be prompted to verify your account with your Facebook login or your email and password
  • Enter your phone number
  • You will receive a text message with a 6 digit code to confirm your identity
  • You will then receive an email and/or SMS from with a link to your instant reward
  • Click on the link and you will be prompted to enter your registered Lucktastic email. Please note this is case sensitive and must be entered exactly how it appears in your account information

Yes, however, each user is allowed only one Instant Reward redemption every 24 hours. You need to wait until the 24 hour time period has passed before attempting to redeem a second Instant Reward. If you’re still unable to redeem another reward after the 24 hour period, please contact our support team:
After you’ve claimed an Instant Reward, you will receive an email and text message with a link to reveal your gift code. If you did not receive your gift code, please contact the support team ( and include the date you redeemed the reward in the body of the email. We will be happy to review our records to locate your reward, and re-send it if necessary.

Once a contest has ended, we begin the process of selecting a winner shortly afterward. Contest winners are contacted via their Lucktastic registered email address. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, we select another winner and begin the process again. We only announce winners once they've been confirmed. Winners are announced on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, on our site, and in the Lucktastic app. If you are a winner, Lucktastic will send you a congratulatory email with instructions on claiming your prize.
Should you win a contest with Lucktastic, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your prize after confirming. After 2-4 weeks, if you still have not received your prize please contact our support team (
Contest winners are selected from all eligible entries randomly. One winner is selected per contest via our automated system.


We report all cash winnings above $600 to the IRS, as required by state law. If you have any further questions about your taxes, we suggest that you speak to your accountant or tax preparer as they will be able to provide you with more information.
A W-9 is one of the most commonly used IRS forms. If you’ve ever been an employee of a company, you’ve probably completed a W-9 Form. Individuals and entities use the form to provide their taxpayer identification number to entities that pay them income during the tax year.
The IRS requires any person or company who makes certain types of payments to report them on a 1099-MISC to the winner and the IRS. This informational form covers a wide range of payments you receive, such as rent, royalties, prizes and awards and substitute payments in lieu of dividends.
